Practice

Selin Topal works across all of the firm's practice areas, with a focus on family law – custody, residence and contact, matrimonial property and inheritance – as well as work permits and migration law. Speaking Turkish and Kurdish, she also handles matters connected to Turkey. She accepts appointments as counsel for injured parties, litigation counsel, guardian (god man) and public counsel, including in detention cases.
