Josef Varli

Practice

Josef Varli works across all of the firm's practice areas with a focus on general practice – in particular real estate law, including property defects and tenancy, as well as contract law and dispute resolution. He also handles family law matters, including matrimonial property and inheritance, and accepts appointments as litigation counsel, guardian (god man) and public counsel.

He drafts and reviews contracts, takes part in negotiations and represents both individuals and companies in court.

Josef also holds a degree in business administration and has experience of financial matters. Combining legal and financial expertise gives his work a clear commercial perspective.
