About us

Guard Advokater is a law firm in Stockholm that represents both businesses and private individuals across a broad range of legal areas. Our practice includes, among other things, commercial law, dispute resolution, work permits, inheritance law, matrimonial property law, family law and property law. We also accept appointments as estate administrator (boutredningsman), estate distributor (skiftesman) and property division administrator (bodelningsförrättare).

We have long experience of negotiations and legal proceedings – from individual civil disputes to extensive and complex cases. Regardless of the size or nature of the assignment, our ambition is to provide legally sound, efficient and attentive advice.

The firm was founded by advocate Sadik Kutlu, who is a member of both the Swedish and the Turkish Bar Association. Through this connection, the firm has particular expertise in legal matters involving both countries.
