Sadik Kutlu founded the firm and is its owner. He has run his own practice since 2012, having previously worked at other law firms.

He has extensive litigation experience in the general courts, ranging from a large number of criminal cases to commercial disputes that have gone all the way to the Supreme Court. He also handles inheritance and matrimonial property matters and accepts court appointments as estate administrator (boutredningsman), estate distributor (skiftesman) and administrator of property division (bodelningsförrättare). In addition, he advises on matters where Swedish and Turkish law intersect.
